The Student Advising Center (SAC) provides academic information, resources, and services to all undergraduate students, with a primary focus on exploratory students and students within the College of Arts & Sciences (COAS). Our mission is to continuously help you become informed, responsible and empowered learners by providing student-focused, professional academic advising.
The goal of the SAC staff is to work collaboratively with each departmental academic advising unit to enhance the quality of advising for students at Indiana University Northwest. We do this by supporting students in achieving their academic and development goals, as well as encouraging the use of university resources and services.
We are very pleased you chose to attend Indiana University Northwest. The college experience can be very rewarding and challenging at the same time. We pride ourselves on giving each student superior individualized attention.
You don’t have to make an appointment to meet with one of our advisors - you can just drop in at your convenience. The Advising Staff and Student Assistants will be waiting with smiling faces!
