Applications will be open from January 1st through January 15th.
Please use the link below to submit your application for the program you are interested in during this timeframe. If you would like to apply to multiple programs, you must complete a separate application for each program.
Note: Radiation Therapy program applications are only accepted every odd year
A. Application Window:
Applications for all radiologic sciences programs, including radiography, diagnostic medical sonography, radiation therapy, and the advanced clinical concentration for radiographers, are open from January 1st-15th.
B. University Admission:
If you have never enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at any campus of Indiana University, you must also file with the Indiana University Northwest (IUN) Office of Admissions. Previous enrollment in a non-degree program at one of the campuses is not sufficient. Courses cannot be transferred without applying to IUN.
Program admission profiles for acceptance will only reflect transfer coursework that has been processed through the Office of Admissions. You must provide the most current transcripts from every institution attended.
